J. Scott Heslink, President & Owner

J. Scott Heslink

After a 27-year career in corporate construction that spanned industries and geographies, Scott was determined to bring professional industry tactics and service to Marine General Contracting and purchased The Rowboat Company in 2022. He held executive roles at Hewlett Packard, Bank of America & Capital One, where he delivered over $5 billion dollars in projects across the USA, Europe, and Asia, including the award-winning Capital One Café concept.

Scott holds degrees in Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. He is a certified Project Manager, Master Black Belt (Lean/Six Sigma), and holds two patents in methods for improving customer service.

William B. Heslink

William holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the College of Charleston School of Business. With years of hands-on experience across the business, William is dedicated to delivering quality work, efficient operations, and an outstanding experience for every customer. Committed to carrying on the Rowboat legacy, he looks to serve the Southeast for generations to come.

J. Davis Heslink

J. Davis is completing his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management & Leadership from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Cameron School of Business. With a strong passion for marine construction, Davis is committed to carrying on the Rowboat vision of quality work and customer satisfaction alongside William.
